  3. Continuous Communication: You will receive quarterly account statements from Strong, and monthly statements from your custodian. Our statements provide you with investment returns both in dollars and percentage year to date. In addition, we provide frequent communication through Market & Economic Update Newsletters and other articles we feel would be of interest to our clients. Of course, we are also just a phone call away.

  4. Conflicts of Interest: Strong does not custody assets; meaning your account is held at well-known brokerage firms or trust departments. We do not have access to any funds from your account, with the exception of our quarterly investment management fees. Your portfolio is accessible to you at any time, with access through your custodian.
