Our first objective is to know our clients; their personal financial goals, needs, and level of risk tolerance. In addition, we believe the more you know about how we make our investing decisions, the more comfortable you’ll be with our management of your portfolio.

Our clients have direct access to the decision maker for their portfolio. We want to know the things that are most important to you, and make ourselves available for one-on-one conversations.

We provide enhanced communication through our periodic newsletters, direct emails to clients, and quarterly account statements showing your year-to-date portfolio return.

We begin by listening to you

As a client of Strong, you will receive:

  • Quarterly statements of account showing your account’s holdings
  • Quarterly performance reports showing the year-to-date return for your account
  • Direct access to your portfolio manager to discuss your objectives and needs
  • Personal account reviews
  • Attentive and courteous service by all of Strong’s staff
  • Monthly statements of account from the independent third party custodian, trust company, or brokerage firm

Strong believes in full disclosure to our clients. We send statements of account performance as well as market reviews and forecasts.

Having direct access to your Portfolio Manager is key when it comes to discussing your needs & objectives.We believe that communication is essential to the success of your portfolio. Our Senior Portfolio Manager is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pacific time, and welcomes answering any questions you may have.
