We Do Not Share Client Information With Third Parties

Strong Investment Management provides investment management services to institutions and individuals worldwide. In order to provide these services to its clients, Strong requires access to sensitive client data, including account balances and contact information. Client data collected by Strong, in the course of its business, will be kept confidential and will never be shared with third parties; except as required to conduct services on behalf of the client. However, may disclose client data with explicit authorization from the client, as part of a formal audit, or in response to inquiries from the Securities & Exchange Commission or other governmental authorities.

Destruction of Unneeded Records

Strong has appropriate security measures in place at its physical facilities to protect against misuse, loss, or alteration of private information collected from clients. As part of these measures, sensitive paper records are routinely shredded, provided that these are not required for legal record keeping purposes.

Periodic Communications

Strong mails out quarterly and annual portfolio statements to its clients. Often times, our Portfolio Manager also communicate with clients via phone, fax, or email. Clients who do not wish to receive communications other than portfolio statements are given the opportunity to opt out.
